Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month to month (or yearly if you choose). Email us and we'll cancel at the end of your current period. Your basic listing stays.
How do enquiries reach me?
Planners use the email, phone and website on your listing to contact you directly. We don't forward, hold or charge for enquiries.
What does Featured mean?
Featured listings carry a badge and appear above basic listings in search results and on region pages. Homepage Spotlight also places your venue at the top of the homepage.
Do I need to claim before I upgrade?
It helps. Claiming lets us confirm you run the venue and get your details right before more planners see them.
What if my venue shouldn't be listed?
Email us and we'll correct or remove the listing.
